UPDATED: Oscar's Christening!

Today was the big day, Little Prince Oscar was christened! The entire family was out in full force bringing us lots of little antics, laughs, and smiles. From Estelle pouring in the baptismal water, to little Nicolas and his toothbrush- it was a fun service! If you did not get a chance to watch it you can go check out the recording here.

Victoria wore a new white dress from Self Portrait - By Malina now says it is theirs...UPDATE: The dress is from their AW16 Pre-Fall Collection which will be in stores Mid-June. ( It has been a real struggle to find the dress but it is beautiful!!) Her earrings come from Kreuger Jewellery and her shoes come from Gianvito Rossi. Her white hat featuring feathers and a net veil was made by Philip Treacy.

Next up we saw Princess Madeleine who was one of the godmothers to little Prince Oscar. She carried Leonore upon arrival and had her hands full with her throughout the entire service. Leonore danced around, played with her little toys, and even managed to tip her chair over!

Madeleine wore a new blush colored dress from Roksanda. She wore the diamond earrings from Queen Josefine's Diamond Stomacher. Her shoes are the same pair that she wore to Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia's Marriage Bans Ceremony and come from Jimmy Choo.

Princess Sofia arrived looking amazing- one of the quickest ways to my heart is by wearing a cape and she did just that! I really hope this is not the last time we see this dress because it is just fantastic- and the color looks amazing on her!

Sofia wore a light blue dramatic dress from Antonio Berardi, she carried a small Valentino studded clutch. It appears that she is wearing the same earrings from the King's Birthday and wearing her nude colored Yves Saint Laurent shoes.

 

Now onto the little ones! Estelle arrived with her parents looking like a proud big sister! She told reporters that it went well afterwards. Wearing her own hairpiece and a string of pearls, she certainly looked like the royal she is!

Estelle wore a white dress featuring flower details from Charabia Paris she also carried a bag from the same brand.

Leonore and Nicolas were both attending in blue and white (yet-to-be-identified) ensembles. I have looked through my photo archives and do not see their outfits in published photos of Carl Philip, Madeleine, or Victoria but that does not mean they are not old pieces.

Queen Silvia- how did I almost forget her! She arrived in a blush pink color which meant she was able to wear her newest gems to her large impressive collection. These jewels she debuted a little over a year ago and they are stunning!

Triple Threat

Today was a busy day for the Swedish Royal Family. Victoria had 3 Public Meetings and the rest of the (Stockholm based) family had at least one. The day started with Victoria and Carl Gustaf holding a Council of State and then Daniel, Carl Philip, Sofia, and Silvia joined them for a presentation on Sweden's new export strategy.

For these engagements Victoria wore her blue pleated Seraphine dress with YSL pumps and carried her Valentino Bag. Silvia wore a jacket from Armani Collezioni.

Later this evening Victoria attended the Global Change Awards held in Stockholm's City Hall.

She wore a new navy blue gown which is being reported as H&M Conscious Collection 2016 but I am waiting for confirmation. UPDATE: H&M confirmed that the dress is from this collection. She also debuted a new clutch and new earrings. Her earrings come from H&M Conscious Collection 2016- while they are not the exact same as the ones shown below I suspect that is because they were just too long for Victoria's liking. It appears that she removed 3 of the rungs and I must say she looks lovely in them. Her clutch comes from this H&M collection as well. Her shoes I haven't got a good look at yet but I imagine they are YSL. H&M has not released stock photos of the items yet but they did confirm their pieces to me. They informed me that both the gown and the bag were custom pieces that they created for the Crown Princess based off items from the collection.

January 21- A Busy Day for Princesses

Today was a busy day for Princesses All Around.

Let's start with Madeleine who owned the Paparazzi this morning by posting her own photos of her Vacation while getting a perfect jab in at them ignoring the families privacy. Go Madeleine!

In one of the photos, she can be seen wearing a super cute Beach Cover-Up from Juliet Dunn London. In the photos you can also see Leonore in some Livly Bows and a dress from Marie Chantal! One photo featuring Nicolas with Madeleine shows him wearing a bodysuit from Marie Chantal as well!

Next up we will go to Crown Princess Victoria who attended one of the concerts during the Young Music at the Palace which we discussed yesterday.

Later in the day, she visited Futebol da forca (IFK Tumba Football Club) and observed a training session. The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation supports the work that Tumba does.

She wore pants for the first time (for a public engagement) in many months today. I have no ideas on the outfit besides for that her bag is from Valentino and her shoes are Yves Saint Laurent. Her earrings come from Kreuger Jewellery.

Finally we are at Princess Sofia, who handled out the medals to Sophiasysters. On January 1st, she took over from the King's sister, Princess Christina as honorary chairman of Sophiahemmet.

She wore a beautiful new lace dress from H&M Maternity Line, over which she wore her Max Mara jacket from the Te Deum before the wedding. I think she is wearing Yves Saint Laurent pumps. Her bracelet comes from Pearls of Freja. (Credit for finding this dress goes to @PRINSESSANSOFIA on Twitter)

Christmas Tree's at the Palace

Sofia and Carl Philip took their turn this year to receive the Christmas Tree's at the Royal Palace. For the past 2 years, you might recall that Victoria and Estelle have taken the outing, but this year they let Sweden's newest Princess and her Prince have a turn! I was upset that we would not be seeing Estelle but that lasted until I saw Sofia's dress. I am in love with it! (Make a Mental Note- much like purple is the way to Order of Splendor's heart, Blues and Greens are the way to mine!)

Sofia wore a new dress from H&M, while it is not online, Kungliga Modebloggen was kind enough to snap a photo at a local store and post it. She wore her Red Valentino Jacket that she gets great wear out of, and YSL black Pumps. I think this is a solid A outfit and I hope we will see the dress again! If she's done with it- she could just mail it to me! :D Her bracelet comes from Caroline Svedbom.

Meeting the Nobel Peace Prize Winners

Today Victoria and the King met the Nobel Peace Prize Winners at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The National Dialogue Quartet won for its "decisive contribution to the building of a pluralistic democracy in Tunisia in the wake of the Jasmine Revolution of 2011".

For this meeting Victoria wore her Seraphine Sophie Pleated Dress in Navy. This is the 3rd time Victoria has worn this dress and it is probably my favorite from Seraphine. I love the simple but elegant lines. She paired it with Ebba Brahe earrings and Yves Saint Laurent navy pumps. She is carrying a new bag from the Danish brand Quidam.

Advisory Meeting at the Palace

Another Post! Apparently this evening Carl Gustaf and Victoria held an Advisory meeting at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. And Victoria changed for this occasion. I don't know why- I don't even think it was on the public calendar- but here it is anyway!

Victoria wore the same Seraphine dress that she wore back a few weeks ago when she attended the Dag Hammarskjöld Lecture given by Nobel Peace Prize Laurette José Ramos-Horta. You can read my recap of that event HERE. She appears to be wearing her blue YSL pumps but the photos are not that great and I am still honing my shoe identifying skills. I also imagine that she is wearing a necklace from Kreuger Jewellery (this one probably) but that is probably too far of a stretch to say for certain.

It should be noted that this same dress was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge when attending the December Meeting for the 1851 Trust at the Goring Hotel. You can read about that visit and see photos here.

Dag Hammarskjöd Lecture

Today Victoria attended a lecture given by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate José Ramos-Horta. This lecture is apart of the annual Dag Hammarskjöld lecture given at Uppsala University. There are currently no photos anyway of Victoria, but I managed to screenshot some pictures from this video for you to get an idea what she is wearing.

Her dress comes from Seraphine Maternity (I confirmed) and this same dress was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge. That is about all I can tell you about her outfit. I think she is wearing a pair of earrings from Misst but I won't know until we get actual photos. Look for this post to be updated later today! Her earrings come from Ebba Brahe actually and she appears to be wearing a pair of Yves Saint Laurent pumps. She wore a blue Prada coat when arriving at the event and carried her blue Quidam clutch.
