Sofia at Sophiahemmet

Today Princess Sofia visited Sophiahemmet's operation and surgical wards. If you remember back, Sofia became their Honorary President at the beginning of this year, taking over from Princess Christina (The King's sister) who had been their president since 1972.

Sofia got a review of the hospital's structure and how they function as caregivers from the hospital's CEO and Chief Physician. Then Sofia got to tour the various rooms and was informed by the different department heads about their work and showed them around.

For this visit, Sofia wore a black knit sweater over her Seraphine Maternity blouse.  The photos are  low quality which makes identifying the accessories near impossible but I would imagine her necklace is Pilgrim for Project Playground.

Discussions at the Palace

Today, Princess Sofia joined her mother-in-law Queen Silvia for a meeting at the palace discussing what can be done to help newly arriving refugee children in Sweden. There was a great host of different organizations from around Sweden there partaking in the discussion including Mentor, an organization of which the Queen is Patron, World Childhood Foundation, and UNICEF- to name a few.  After the discussion the Queen and Sofia attended a workshop "Our Refugee Children: The Challenge of Our Time".

Sofia also visited Riddarholm Church and Treasury with the Department of Public Activities.

It looks like Sofia is wearing Seraphine's Emerald Keyhole Maternity Blouse with a black blazer over it. (Perhaps her Filippa K Blazer?)

When visiting Riddarholm she wore a black coat- sadly we don't have a good angle of it to figure out who it comes from.

Prinsparet at the Palace

Today Carl Philip and Sofia met with UN Ambassadors at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The Ambassadors are in Sweden to followup on the climate meeting in Paris as well as the implementation of Agenda 2030. Victoria and Daniel last met the ambassadors in August at the Royal Palace, before it was announced that Victoria had accepted to be one of the ambassadors for Agenda 2030.

Sofia wore an outfit which may be familiar to some of you, she seems to have borrowed Victoria's blue Seraphine Sophia Pleated Dress (currently out of stock) as well as their Ivory Cropped Peplum Jacket! Seraphine informed me that they did provide the jacket to Sofia in her order but not the dress leading me to believe that she borrowed it from Victoria! This would not be the first time we have seen the ladies sharing clothes, Sofia has previously worn coats and jackets seen previously on both her Sisters-in-Laws, so borrowing a dress isn't a far stretch. This also makes it so that all 3 of the ladies have worn Seraphine's Cropped Peplum Jackets! Princess Madeleine wore it in black for her audience with the Pope last year and Crown Princess Victoria wore it while on an official visit to Peru and Colombia.

In addition to the pieces from Seraphine, Sofia carried a new (to me) blue bag and appears to be wearing the same black pumps which she wore to Oscar's Te Deum Service last week. The shoes were reported to be from Rizzo but I was not convinced so I did not post them. I am waiting to get feedback from my shoe experts (As I have said before, and will probably say again- I am terrible at identifying shoes) but I think they are probably from them.

Yesterday, Sofia held at meeting at the Palace for Make a Change's founder Christian Nordenström. Make a Change works to help stop bullying that occurs between teenagers and adults. It was announced that the Prinsparet's Foundation would be focusing on bullying so allying themselves with this organization is not unexpected.

Vi är hedrade över att idag ha fått möjligheten att presentera Make a Change för Prinsessan Sofia <3Hennes stora...

Sofia wore a new top from Seraphine to this meeting as well. You all know how much I adore Seraphine so I was over the moon to hear this news! I haven't minded Sofia's recent Maternity outfits by Ida Lanto, but no one does maternity as well as Seraphine. They have been doing it for a while and know what works with baby bumps and what to stay away from.

Meeting About UN Global Goals

Victoria met with various politicians today to discuss UN Global Goals following her appointment as one of Agenda 2030's Ambassadors for the Sustainable Development Goals.

Victoria wore her new By Malene Birger Blazer, a Sophie by Sophie necklace and what is most likely Seraphine's Black Maternity Skinny Jeans.

Meeting with UN's General Assembly

On 15 February, Victoria met with the UN's General Assembly Mogens Lykketofts. This comes after her appointment to the new "Sustainable Development Goals Advocates" for Agenda 2030.

I imagine she is wearing Seraphine Maternity black pants.

Triple Threat

Today was a busy day for the Swedish Royal Family. Victoria had 3 Public Meetings and the rest of the (Stockholm based) family had at least one. The day started with Victoria and Carl Gustaf holding a Council of State and then Daniel, Carl Philip, Sofia, and Silvia joined them for a presentation on Sweden's new export strategy.

For these engagements Victoria wore her blue pleated Seraphine dress with YSL pumps and carried her Valentino Bag. Silvia wore a jacket from Armani Collezioni.

Later this evening Victoria attended the Global Change Awards held in Stockholm's City Hall.

She wore a new navy blue gown which is being reported as H&M Conscious Collection 2016 but I am waiting for confirmation. UPDATE: H&M confirmed that the dress is from this collection. She also debuted a new clutch and new earrings. Her earrings come from H&M Conscious Collection 2016- while they are not the exact same as the ones shown below I suspect that is because they were just too long for Victoria's liking. It appears that she removed 3 of the rungs and I must say she looks lovely in them. Her clutch comes from this H&M collection as well. Her shoes I haven't got a good look at yet but I imagine they are YSL. H&M has not released stock photos of the items yet but they did confirm their pieces to me. They informed me that both the gown and the bag were custom pieces that they created for the Crown Princess based off items from the collection.

Victoria attends Agenda 2030

Today, Victoria attended the conference titled Agenda 2030 in downtown Stockholm. This conference focused on what Sweden can do to help reach the global goals that the UN set in September. These 17 goals that they hope to reach by 2030 are goals that strive to improve inequality, poverty, hunger, and strive to sustain and protect our planet.

For this engagement Victoria wore some of what have been her staples throughout her pregnancy. She chose her black and white geometric Asos Maternity dress. Over this she wore her Seraphine Black Peplum Blazer (Currently out of stock). She chose to keep with the black theme by selecting her black Valentino bag. It also appears that she is wearing a new watch instead of her trusty Epoch watch which was a gift from the court about 5 years or so ago.

I must be honest- my first reaction to the photos was- "Holy Bump!" Victoria has really popped- I am pretty convinced she is going to give birth near Estelle's Birthday- I really don't see her holding off until March! The next time you will here from me is most likely Thursday when Sofia has her first engagement of the year. Until then- have a great week!

Welcome to 2016!

Welcome back! I am so excited about what this upcoming year holds for the Swedish Royal Family- both on a personal event standpoint as well as in the fashion area!

Victoria was back to work today joining Daniel, and the King and Queen for a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs discussing State Visits. Now I doubt we will see any state visits for Victoria or Daniel until at least after the summer, the King and Queen may carry out one or two.

For this meeting Victoria wore once again her Seraphine Bubble Print Maternity Dress- while this dress is currently Sold Out- it will be back in stock in March for those of you who are looking to add it to your closet!

We have to wait another week to see Victoria again but I am sure it will be worth the wait to see how big her bump has grown! Have a wonderful rest of your week!

A meeting with Svenskdam Editor and Chief!

(Yes- this post is being back posted- simply for the reason that I like things to be in date order)

Back on January 12 (cough... my birthday... cough) Victoria and Daniel had a private meeting with the Editor in Chief of Svenskdam! She posted a photo of their meeting on her Instagram!

A photo posted by @karinlennmor on

Victoria can be seen wearing her Seraphine Black Zip Detail Dress- which she has worn previously this pregnancy! That is all I can see of the outfit besides for black tights but knowing Victoria she is probably wearing a pair of black pumps or booties.

A visit to the Center for Business History

Today Victoria, Daniel, and Carl Philip undertook a visit to the Center for Business History in Stockholm. This outing was long on Daniel's calendar but he continued to invite family to attend with him, Carl Philip was added to the calendar a few weeks ago and then Victoria was added this morning.

For this visit, Victoria wore a new dress from Seraphine- their Black Zip Detail Maternity Dress. In all honesty, I have been eyeing this dress hoping she would wear it. It is very much her style. She appears to be carrying her Valentino Black Bag.

Meeting the Nobel Peace Prize Winners

Today Victoria and the King met the Nobel Peace Prize Winners at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The National Dialogue Quartet won for its "decisive contribution to the building of a pluralistic democracy in Tunisia in the wake of the Jasmine Revolution of 2011".

For this meeting Victoria wore her Seraphine Sophie Pleated Dress in Navy. This is the 3rd time Victoria has worn this dress and it is probably my favorite from Seraphine. I love the simple but elegant lines. She paired it with Ebba Brahe earrings and Yves Saint Laurent navy pumps. She is carrying a new bag from the Danish brand Quidam.

Victoria at a Board Meeting

Today, Crown Princess Victoria held a board meeting at the Royal Palace in Stockholm for a foundation which shares her name. The Crown Princess Victoria Foundation for Scientific Research promotes scientific research and provides support for education and training in this field. You can check out more about the foundation by checking out their website HERE.

Victoria re-wore her Seraphine Bordeaux Woven Crepe Dress in a dark red once again. This dress is still in stock so if you love it, go grab it now! It would make a fantastic Christmas dress whether you are pregnant or not!! She appears to be wearing a long necklace which most likely comes from Kreuger Jewellery- but the distance and quality of the photo makes it impossible to be able to say for sure.

Audience with the President of Afghanistan

On December 4th, Crown Princess Victoria held an audience with the President of Afghanistan.

For this audience, Victoria chose to rewear her purple bespoke coat and dress from Seraphine. You will be able to purchase the same dress in red come spring 2016 by keeping your eye on their site.

Advisory Meeting at the Palace

Another Post! Apparently this evening Carl Gustaf and Victoria held an Advisory meeting at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. And Victoria changed for this occasion. I don't know why- I don't even think it was on the public calendar- but here it is anyway!

Victoria wore the same Seraphine dress that she wore back a few weeks ago when she attended the Dag Hammarskjöld Lecture given by Nobel Peace Prize Laurette José Ramos-Horta. You can read my recap of that event HERE. She appears to be wearing her blue YSL pumps but the photos are not that great and I am still honing my shoe identifying skills. I also imagine that she is wearing a necklace from Kreuger Jewellery (this one probably) but that is probably too far of a stretch to say for certain.

It should be noted that this same dress was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge when attending the December Meeting for the 1851 Trust at the Goring Hotel. You can read about that visit and see photos here

2015 Nobel Prize Meeting at the Palace

Today the King, Crown Princess, Prince Daniel, and Princess Sofia attended a meeting about the 2015 Nobel Prize ceremony at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.

Not much can be seen from this photo, but I can tell you that Victoria is wearing her red dress from Seraphine.
