Meetings at the Palace

Today both Sofia and Victoria held audience at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. Sofia held an audience for Pernilla Hillerås- a research director at Sophiahemmet. You will remember that just last week Sofia attended the graduation ceremony for some of the nurses from Sophiahemmet.

Sofia wore a top we first saw back in 2014 which comes from Hunkydory.

Victoria held an audience for Johan Rockström who is a Professor of Environmental Science at Stockholm University. They discussed current environmental concerns as well as Victoria's ambassadorship for Agenda 2030.

Victoria appears to be wearing her By Malene Birger blazer that she debuted last week as well as her Pistol Top from Mayla.

UPDATE: Day 1 of 5 in Peru and Colombia

Victoria and Daniel began their five day visit to Peru and Colombia this morning by inaugurating  a seminar on education at the University of Lima. Afterwards, they met with students and faculty for a brief chatting session. Next up on their agenda was a visit to a H&M store in Lima. While they were their Daniel joked around with reporters saying if they were not so crunched for time he would like to pick up some pillows for their sofa back at Haga.

Next up was lunch and meeting with the President of Peru. I have not seen too many photos after that but they are supposed to visit the National Museum of Archeology and Anthropology following lunch and then end the evening with a reception at the Swedish Consulate located in Lima. I suspect their might have been an outfit change for the evening reception but I could very well be wrong. (See Below)

She wore a bespoke red dress which is identical to her purple one from Seraphine. (I have confirmed this already) Her pumps are from Acne and her bag is Hunkydory. She wore the same headpiece that she wore to the opening of Parliament in September. It comes from Malinda Damgaard. Her earrings are an old pair which I suspect to be from Chaumet and she wore her Sophie by Sophie Childhood bracelet. I was surprised to see this bracelet as she has not worn it recently but nevertheless pleased to see her supporting her mother's charity (And my favorite one at that!). Her brooch is a dragonfly which we have seen her wear before. Most distinctively in my mind was at the opening of Parliament in 2007.

Later in the day, Victoria changed into a black dress which she belted with a belt from Zetterberg. She wore this belt for the first time in Tanzania. Her jacket comes from Baum und Pferdgarten. Her clutch appears to be from Wilbur and Gussie, but I have been unable to find the exact model.

The Posse is Back Together!

Today the entire royal family, minus Chris and the grandkids, attended the opening of parliament!

Madeleine flew in from London for this occasion and returned to London this evening, missing the traditional attendance at the Royal Opera House.

Let's get right down to fashion and jewels (because that is what this blog is about and I still need to eat dinner before my class!). Note- dress code for the opening of parliament is black and white- hence the outfits!

Queen Silvia wore a black jacket over what imagine to be a black suit. Her shoes appear to be Salvatore Ferragamo. She wore a pair of pearl and diamond earrings from the Bernadotte collection as well as the Diamond and Pearl Ivy brooch which can be dated all the way back to Queen Victoria. For the performance this evening she traded her black suit for what appears to be a navy gown.
Funny enough the blue velvet coat she wore over it upon arrival she has had since 1977! Check out this magazine scan I have of her wearing it back then!

Which coat appearance did you like better?
Crown Princess Victoria re-used her Milly Jacket from when she attended Parliament while pregnant with Estelle, honestly that is what I expected her to do. She carried a clutch from Hunkydory. Her earrings are from Kreuger Jewellery.

For the performance this evening, she also re-used her short Adrianna Papell dress from earlier in the year.

Sofia attended parliaments opening for the first time as an official princess, last year it was a few short months after being engaged!
For the Opening of Parliament she wore a black and white jacket from Maje and carried a clutch from Hunkydory.

Later in the evening, she changed into a blue sleeveless dress from Ole Yde which she wore a black cape from Viktoria Chan over. Her shoes come from Jimmy Choo.

Princess Madeleine is last up in our review.
She wore a jacket from Paule Ka today over a black Paule Ka dress.

Victoria on 28 August 2015

Victoria and her father visited Kalmer yesterday to take part in a variety of seminars and talks concerning climate and environmental issues. Victoria recycled her Hunkydory jacket and her Lindex top. Her bag comes from Hippi Grace (Thanks Isabella)

Victoria hosts a audience at the Haga Palace

Today, Victoria and Daniel hosted an audience for Mona Sahlin, the national coordinator for violent extremism.
Victoria wore her grey blazer from Hunkydory, a top I identified to be from Opullence via Facebook this weekend, and a necklace from Sophie by Sophie.

If anyone can find a photo of the top, please send it to me!

Victoria at ICC and Madeleine with Childhood

So far this week, Victoria has had 1 surprise engagement ( meaning she attended an event that was not listed on her calendar available online) and 1 scheduled.  Last Friday, March 13, she attended the Swedish ICC Annual Meeting at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm. ICC is the International Chamber of Commerce. This post got delayed because we did not get photos until yesterday.

We did not get very good photos from this event, most likely because it was not made public, but from the photos we got I can tell that Victoria is wearing her white blouse from Greta.
She appears to be wearing a leather skirt and carrying a large black clutch from Hunkydory.

Another event of Victoria's that was unexpected was her attendance at a luncheon for the sponsors of Gundua Society, of which she is patron. Gundua's goal is to promote reading and writing in developing countries. A very lofty goal I must say (coming from the mouth of a future educator) but very necessary.
For this event we have 1 blurry photo and this photo above from Gundua's Facebook page. I believe Victoria is wearing her By Malene Birger necklace and I think that is her Mayla jacket but it is difficult to see the pockets to verify.

And finally Madeleine attended a board meeting for World Childhood Foundation today but I have no clue what she was wearing because 1. She was sitting behind a table 2. Madeleine's wardrobe is less predictable than Victoria's. (But I am working on figuring it out)
